Taeheon Lee is a media artist, currently based in London. He works in film and projection mapping. The theme that penetrates his work is 'struggling for freedom' for individuals. From his first short film, Self-portrait(2012), which he worked as a screenwriter and director, he has expressed the individual's both helplessness and willingness to overcome in mass-society, and this theme continued to his further projects.

Taeheon has been focusing on projection mapping projects while studying in MA Digital Direction (2018-2020) at the Royal College of Art (RCA). This course brought him a wider philosophical perspective towards phenomena in society. Through his final project in RCA 'You, the one', he visualises and communicates that the key to freedom comes from the liberation of the mind. He would like to keep exploring his core theme by understanding the mind and practising artworks.
